"The Emperor's New Clothes?"  Letter to the Editor in Response (from Jan issue of LPM).  In PDF format:  SpeechRecLetterToEditor.pdf  Since this letter, by the way, I have run into people from some firms that have had great success with pilot projects and are expanding their use of the software.  Furthermore, I have reloaded the software on a fast PC with plenty of RAM, and it works GREAT!
